SALON POLICY

With consideration for all of our guests and service providers, we have implemented a 24 hour cancelation policy. No call or no show appointments will be charged a 25% fee for the time reserved.

If multiple no call/no show appointments have been recorded in our system, you will be asked to pre-pay for your services when making an appointment, or simply use a walk-in basis for your appointment.

This policy is to ensure you receive the absolute best care while you are here at our salon spa.

To avoid these issues, we send out a confirmation text message prior to your appointment. If no reply is received, a confirmation call is placed. If no confirmation is received, we will do a courtesy cancellation of your appointment.
